I’m currently working in Neurocenter Finland’s collaboration project with University of Eastern Finland, Kuopio University Hospital and Roche with demodataset which has timeline of alzheimer disease patients. Dataset has register based information of patience healthcare history, medicines reimbursements and doctoral visits. Our target is to visualize datasets so that we can identify most common events what group of patiences have before the alzheimer diagnose. Shiny app will be publiced in near future.
